All terminal tackle is included in your tackle rental fee. As for the rods and reels, if you break it or loose it, you bought it.
Gratuities for the captain are customary. Generally, 15% of the total cost of your fishing trip is the norm. You are not limited, of course! Feel free to reward exceptional service.
You are responsible for cleaning and packing your catch. We provide a fish cleaning table at the dock for your convenience. All fish carcasses are to be placed in the plastic cans provided. Professional fish cleaning services are available occasionally for a reasonable fee. Please ask your captain.
Size and Bag Limits:
It is the responsibility of the client to abide by all state and federal fishing laws and regulations. A copy of salt water fish size and bag limits can be found at your local state office and also available on the boat. In Atlantic Federal waters you are allowed to keep a 2 day possession limit on a multi-day fishing trip. If the fishing is conducted in Gulf Federal waters, one day fish limit is allowed, unless a second captain is present on board. The captain or mate will be glad to advise you on any fishing regulations. Any violation of fisheries laws is grounds for termination of a trip without a refund.
All our captains are highly experienced and professional. Two Fish reserves the right to change captain assignments at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. There will be no refund if a captain assignment is changed.
If a captain discovers illegal drugs on board during the voyage, your trip is terminated immediately. No refunds.
Directions to the Boat:
Pay attention to the mile marker signs heading South on highway US1. After passing mile marker 6, start paying close attention. You will pass a Shell gas station on your right hand side around mile marker 5 1/2. You will then pass a blinking caution light. Get in the left lane and SLOW DOWN. Look for a Burger King hidden off to the left. Make an immediate left after the Burger King. At the stop sign, go straight. You are on Fifth Street. Go on to the next stop sign and you will be at the intersection of Fifth Street and Fifth Avenue. At the four way stop on Fifth and Fifth, make a left. Make the next right onto Shrimp road, after passing Bernstein Park on your right. Take Shrimp road down about 1/3 of a mile past the large MTI/Tidal Energy/Constellation Yachts hanger and then Caterpillar diesel shop on your left. After passing Caterpillar shop, look for large empty lot and blue covered chain link fence. Turn left through this chain link fence through the gate. We are located straight ahead under the white aluminum sun roof.
