However, we can still catch fish and have a great time.

Tackle Rental:

All terminal tackle is included in your tackle rental fee. As for the rods and reels, if you break it or loose it, you bought it.

Gratuities for the captain are customary. Generally, 15% of the total cost of your fishing trip is the norm. You are not limited, of course! Feel free to reward exceptional service.

Fish Cleaning:

You are responsible for cleaning and packing your catch. We provide a fish cleaning table at the dock for your convenience. All fish carcasses are to be placed in the plastic cans provided. Professional fish cleaning services are available occasionally for a reasonable fee. Please ask your captain.

Size and Bag Limits:

It is the responsibility of the client to abide by all state and federal fishing laws and regulations. A copy of salt water fish size and bag limits can be found at your local state office and also available on the boat. In Atlantic Federal waters you are allowed to keep a 2 day possession limit on a multi-day fishing trip.  If the fishing is conducted in Gulf Federal waters, one day fish limit is allowed, unless a second captain is present on board.  The captain or mate will be glad to advise you on any fishing regulations. Any violation of fisheries laws by any one client will result in termination of the fishing trip, without a refund!
