Gratuities for the captain are customary. The captains work very hard to ensure that your experience with Two Fish Charters is the very best that it can be, and their tip monies reflect a significant portion of their annual salary. Please recognize this fact and prepare for it in your trip budget across each of the anglers before leaving for your trip.  Generally, 15% of the total cost of your fishing trip is the norm. You are not limited, of course! Feel free to reward exceptional service.

You are responsible for cleaning and packing your catch. As a courtesy, we provide a fish cleaning facilities at the dock for your convenience. All fish carcasses are to be placed in the plastic cans provided. It is client responsibility to leave the fish cleaning area clean and clutter and garbage free. Professional fish cleaning services are available occasionally for a reasonable fee. Please ask your captain.

Size and Bag Limits:

It is the responsibility of the client to abide by all state and federal fishing laws and regulations. A copy of salt water fish size and bag limits can be found at your local state office and also available on the boat. In Atlantic Federal waters you are allowed to keep a 2 day possession limit on a multi-day fishing trip.  If the fishing is conducted in Gulf Federal waters, one day fish limit is allowed, unless a second captain is present on board.  The captain or mate will be happy to advise you on any fishing regulations.  If you are not certain if a fish is legal and captain cannot verify, the fish needs to be returned back to the water unharmed.

Any violation of fisheries laws by any one or more clients will result in termination of the fishing trip, without a refund!
